We have an opening for HR Manager in Aurangabad with International hotel s group


1. Role Overview
The HR Manager will lead the complete HR function of Hotel ensuring a high-performance culture aligned with Hotels standards. The role involves talent acquisition, training, performance management, statutory compliance, employee relations, and culture-building as the hotel enters an expansion phase.

2. Key Responsibilities
A. Talent Acquisition & Manpower Planning Prepare annual manpower plans and recruitment budgets. Lead full-cycle hiring across all hotel departments. Build talent pipelines for operational departments and seasonal requirements. Drive campus hiring, Management/Operational Trainee programs, and industrial trainees. Oversee onboarding, inductions, and brand-standard orientation programs.

B. Training, Learning & Development
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and design annual training calendars. Execute mandatory ITC training modules (grooming, safety, hygiene, AEP, brand SOPs). Deliver soft skills, supervisory, and leadership development sessions. Maintain training records and ensure monthly compliance.

C. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
Manage joinings, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits. Ensure proper maintenance of personnel files and HRMS data. Oversee attendance, payroll coordination, and leave management. Implement statutory benefits like PF, ESIC, gratuity, and bonus.

D. Performance Management
Drive the Performance Management System (PMS) and coordinate KPI setting with HODs. Ensure timely mid-year and annual appraisals. Identify talent gaps and assist in succession planning. Run reward and recognition programs aligned with service excellence.

E. Industrial Relations & Compliance
Ensure 100% adherence to labour laws and statutory audits. Handle labour/union matters professionally (where applicable). Maintain discipline and support domestic inquiries when required. Implement POSH policies and conduct periodic awareness sessions.

F. Employee Engagement & Culture
Drive engagement activities: festivals, town halls, welfare programs, staff events. Build a culture of ownership, hospitality excellence, and guest-first behaviour. Ensure transparent grievance redressal and employee counselling. Oversee staff accommodation, cafeteria, grooming standards, and welfare programs.

G. Brand Standards & Owner Reporting
Ensure alignment with Hotels processes, HR standards, and audits. Liaise with corporate HR for guidelines and reporting. Submit structured MIS: headcount tracker, hiring dashboard, training reports, attrition data. Support Owners Office in manpower planning, organisational restructuring, and budgeting.

3. Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree; MBA/PGDM in HR strongly preferred.

5-10 years of HR experience, including minimum 3 years in a hotel or service industry.

Strong exposure to recruitment, training, HR operations, and statutory compliance.
Experience in pre-opening, renovation, or large-scale expansion is preferred. Knowledge of Marathi (spoken and written) is a must due to local workforce, vendor, and statutory interactions.

4. Skills & Competencies
Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English. Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Good leadership and ability to engage with cross-functional teams. HRMS system knowledge and proficiency in Excel / HR analytics. High emotional intelligence, confidentiality, and crisis-handling skills.
