Job Description

Position Title: Relationship Manager - Original Equipment Machinery

Job Description:

Overview: As a Relationship Manager specializing in Original Equipment Machinery (OEM), your primary responsibility is to foster and maintain strong relationships with OEM partners, ensuring seamless collaboration, maximizing business opportunities, and facilitating the growth of the company's presence in the OEM market. You will act as a liaison between our organization and OEM partners, understanding their needs and aligning them with our products (specially motors & gear boxes) and services.

Responsibilities:

1. Partnership Development:

· Identify and establish relationships with OEMs in the industry.

· Understand the unique requirements and challenges of each partner.

2. Strategic Planning:

· Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies aligning our offerings with OEM partner needs.

· Create and execute plans to expand market presence through OEM partnerships.

3. Account Management:

· Serve as the primary point of contact for OEM partners.

· Address partner queries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively.

4. Collaboration and Coordination:

· Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure alignment with partner requirements.

· Coordinate product demonstrations, training sessions, and support for OEM partners.

5. Business Growth:

· Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new product integrations within the OEM partner network.

· Monitor market trends and competitor activities to capitalize on new opportunities.

6. Performance Tracking and Reporting:

· Develop and maintain metrics to measure the success of partnerships.

· Prepare regular reports on partnership performance and present insights for improvements.

7. Compliance and Contract Management:

· Ensure all partnerships comply with company policies and legal requirements.

· Manage contract negotiations and agreements with OEM partners.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

· Proven experience min. of 2years in a similar role, preferably within the OEM machinery industry.

· Strong understanding of OEM business models and dynamics.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results and meet targets.

· Preferred experience working with motors, Gear boxes, wires, cables etc.

· Ability to travel as needed to meet partners and attend industry events.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
