Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment (Primary 80%)

  • Manage end-to-end hiring for multiple departments

  • Sourcing candidates through portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.

  • Screening profiles & conducting initial HR interviews

  • Scheduling interviews with hiring managers

  • Maintain recruitment trackers & weekly hiring MIS

  • Support new joiner onboarding documentation

HR Operations (Secondary 20%)

  • Maintain employee records and HR database

  • Assist in attendance & leave management

  • Support engagement activities and induction

  • Coordination with payroll/admin for new joiner inputs

Skills Required

  • Strong communication & coordination skills

  • Good knowledge of hiring portals & sourcing tools

  • MS Excel & HR documentation skills

  • Proactive, target-oriented & quick learner

Eligibility

  • Graduate / MBA in HR preferred

  • minimum 2 years experience in recruitment or HR
