Designation :- HR Executive Experince: 2-3 YearsEducation: Any Graduate BBA, MBASalaty - 25000-30000 (Monthly)Joining ImmedeateResponsibilities: Implementing and managing HR policies and procedures Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases Managing employee benefits and compensation packages Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees Addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management Managing employee separation processes Payroll Management (PF ESIC) Processing Monthly payroll journal uploads, accurate and timely. Collating variable data from numerous sources, whilst performing a reasonable check to ensure what is processed is accurate and approved. The role is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of payroll. Responsible for publishing the monthly Payroll Dashboard. Ensure Monthly payroll provisions for Finance.
