We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Support performance management initiatives and employee development programs.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions.
  • Handle employee queries and provide support on HR-related issues.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR or related roles.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
