We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, from recruitment to employee relations, and will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and organize team-building activities.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
  • Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR or recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws in India.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g. HRIS, ATS).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
