Role Description

We are seeking an HR Executive to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity at our Indore office. The HR Executive will contribute to the hiring process, employee management, developing HR policies, and fostering a positive work environment. Responsibilities include recruitment, conducting interviews, onboarding, maintaining employee records, managing employee engagement activities, and providing support for organizational development. The role will also include handling employee queries and ensuring compliance with HR policies and local labor laws.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and HR operations.
• Proficiency in employee engagement strategies, organizational development, and conflict resolution.
• Administrative and record-keeping skills, particularly in maintaining HR documentation and compliance records.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt and multitask in a fast-paced workplace.
• Familiarity with HR software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in HR roles, especially within marketing or creative industries, is an advantage.
