  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions.

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

  • Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.

  • Assist in drafting HR letters, contracts, and other documentation.

  • Handle employee queries and provide administrative HR support.

  • MS Excel

  • Support employee engagement initiatives and HR activities.

Key Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.

  • 1-3 years of proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.

  • MS Excel

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized.
