Handle day-to-day accounting operations.
Prepare and maintain invoices, receipts, and payment records.
Coordinate with banks for deposits, payments, and reconciliations.
Support internal and external audits.
Maintain records of customer payments and follow up on outstanding dues.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
1-3 years of experience as an Accounts Executive.
Hands-on experience with invoicing and bank-related work.
Strong MS Excel knowledge is an advantage.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines.
