Account Executive

The Account Executive manages client advertising accounts on the Mobibox platform, ensuring smooth daily operations. Responsibilities include evaluating and approving account requests, overseeing Odoo tickets, handling client needs (access permissions, account setup, top-ups, fund reallocations), and supporting resolution of non-compliant or disabled Meta accounts. The role requires maintaining accuracy, compliance, and high service standards to strengthen client relationships and ensure business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and approve/decline advertising account requests on Mobibox.
  
• Oversee Odoo tickets: manage access permissions, rename accounts, process top-ups, submit review requests for disabled Meta accounts.
  
• Manage most Odoo-related client requests.
  
• Create and set up new advertising accounts.
  
• Handle top-ups and fund relocations.
  
• Assist in resolving non-compliant Meta advertising account issues.
  

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years in account management, digital advertising, or client support.
  
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager preferred.
  
• Experience with Odoo or similar CRM/ERP tools is a plus.
  

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of online advertising platforms and account management.
  
• Proficient in managing client accounts, permissions, top-ups, and fund reallocations.
  
• Able to troubleshoot non-compliant/disabled ad accounts.
  
• Comfortable navigating CRM/ERP tools like Odoo.
