Job Description

We are seeking a First Level Support Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance and troubleshooting support to resolve their issues efficiently. Requirement For The Role Must Have Bachelor Degree or Higher Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of basic IT concepts and troubleshooting techniques. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure. Prior experience in a customer support role is a Plus Basic understanding of technical support processes and customer service principles Responsibilities Collaborate with team members to identify common issues and suggest improvements to processes. Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary. Stay updated on product or service features, updates, and best practices to provide effective support.
