Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Onboarding: Oversee the entire hiring process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to conducting new hire orientations and managing the offboarding of employees. Employee Relations: Address employee grievances, resolve conflicts, and manage disciplinary actions while ensuring fair and consistent practices. Policy and Compliance: Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring they comply with all labor laws and regulations. Compensation and Benefits: Administer and manage employee compensation structures, benefits programs, and payroll to ensure they are competitive and equitable. Performance Management: Coordinate and conduct performance reviews, guide managers and employees on goal setting, and support development plans. Training and Development: Identify employee training needs and coordinate programs to enhance skills and knowledge. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed employee records and HR data. Department Oversight: Supervise day-to-day operations of the HR department and manage departmental budgets.
