Job Description

Location:

Job Purpose:

To manage end-to-end recruitment, statutory compliance, and payroll processes for the organization, ensuring smooth HR operations, legal adherence, and employee satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Plan and execute recruitment for sales, operations, and support functions.

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, consultants, and referrals.

  • Conduct interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and finalize offers.

  • Manage onboarding, joining formalities, and induction programs.

Payroll Management

  • Collect and verify attendance, leave, and overtime records.

  • Process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy of salary, incentives, and deductions.

  • Ensure timely statutory deductions (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, LWF).

  • Coordinate with Finance for salary disbursement and address payroll queries.

Statutory Compliance

  • Maintain compliance with all labor laws applicable to FMCG sector.

  • Handle registrations, returns, and inspections for PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act, Bonus, and Minimum Wages Act.

  • Maintain statutory records and ensure timely submission of returns.

  • Liaise with government authorities and consultants for compliance matters.

General HR Operations

  • Maintain HRMS and employee records.

  • Support employee engagement activities and grievance handling.

  • Assist in training & development initiatives.

  • Handle exit process including FnF, clearance, and relieving.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in HR / MBA (preferred).

  • HR experience, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing sector.

  • payroll systems, HRMS, and statutory compliances

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to handle high-volume recruitment and field workforce.
