MIS Executive

The Senior MIS Executive / MIS Manager will lead the MIS team to ensure smooth data management, analysis, and reporting across all business functions. This role requires a data-driven professional capable of supervising a team, maintaining accuracy in daily reports, automating dashboards, and providing key insights to support management decisions. Roles and Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of 3 MIS executives. Plan and assign daily tasks related to data collection, entry, and validation. Generate and prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly management reports covering sales, operations, production, and logistics. Consolidate and analyze data from Unolo, Bizom, Fleetx, Tally, and internal Google Sheets. Develop and maintain dashboards in Google Sheets / Looker Studio / Power BI for real-time monitoring. Verify and reconcile data accuracy between departments (Sales, Accounts, Production, Dispatch). Highlight variances, delays, and performance gaps to the management. Automate repetitive reports and improve MIS processes for efficiency. Work closely with senior management to present performance trends and forecasts. Ensure timely submission of all MIS reports to CEO / Business Head. Key Skills Required Advanced Excel / Google Sheets expertise (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Conditional Formatting, Dashboards). Strong analytical and problem-solving ability. Experience with data visualization tools (Google Looker Studio / Power BI). Team management and leadership capability. Familiarity with ERP tools and business tracking platforms (Unolo, Bizom, Fleetx, Tally). Strong communication and reporting skills. Attention to detail and ability to handle large data sets accurately.
