Hr Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Recruitment & Onboarding:

  Post job openings, source candidates, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and manage the onboarding process for new hospital staff.

• Employee Relations:

  Address employee grievances, manage disciplinary actions, and work to resolve workplace disputes fairly.

• Compensation & Benefits:

  Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compensation aligns with performance and hospital policies.

• HR Compliance:

  Ensure the hospital adheres to local and federal employment laws and healthcare-specific regulations, including data privacy laws for patient records.

• Policy Implementation:

  Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring they align with healthcare standards and hospital guidelines.

• Performance Management:

  Evaluate employee performance, assist with performance appraisals, and support managers in performance discussions.

• Training & Development:

  Coordinate employee training programs, including required regulatory, safety, and privacy training.

• Record Management:

  Maintain accurate and organized physical and digital records for all employees, including attendance, benefits, and employment documents.

• Employee Engagement:

  Develop and implement plans to foster employee engagement and a positive workplace culture within the hospital.

• Vendor & Management Collaboration:

  Work with external vendors for HR services and collaborate with hospital leadership to align HR initiatives with strategic goals.
