HR Recruiter & Executive

Key Responsibilities:

As an HR Recruiter:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment including

  job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

  .
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Coordinate and conduct

  interviews and assessments

  .
• Maintain recruitment data and reports for analysis and improvement.
• Ensure a

  positive candidate experience

  throughout the recruitment process.

As an HR Executive:

• Assist in the development and implementation of

  HR policies and procedures

  .
• Support

  employee onboarding and offboarding

  processes.
• Act as a liaison between management and employees to

  address grievances and resolve conflicts

  .
• Monitor and coordinate

  employee engagement activities

  .
• Conduct or arrange

  training sessions based on organizational needs

  .
• Ensure compliance with

  labour laws and statutory regulations

  .
• Maintain and update employee records in

  HRIS and physical files

  .

Key Skills and Competencies:

• MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum

  2+ years of experience

  in HR, preferably in

  real estate

  or similar sectors.
• Strong experience in

  recruitment

  and

  employee lifecycle management

  .
• Familiarity with

  labour laws

  , HR policies, and compliance regulations.
• Excellent command over

  MS Office

  ; experience with

  HRIS

  is an advantage.
• Exceptional

  communication

  ,
