Sell-Out Managers (SOMs) Company: OneDios Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Industry: Consumer Electronics / Appliances Compensation: 6 Lakhs 8 Lakhs (Annual CTC) Job Purpose The Sell-Out Manager (SOM) in Consumer Goods and Electronics Industry will be responsible for driving Extended Warranty sales execution through Retailers on Electronics Products such as TV, AC, Refrigerator, Washing Machine etc. He/She will be responsible for market development, sales initiatives, ensuring visibility, and maximizing sell-out by onboarding dealer/distributors. Key Roles & Responsibilities • Drive Sales of Extended Warranty across product groups and dealer accounts. • Drive achievement of store-level sales targets in line with sales strategies. • Enhance counter share at each store with maximizing attachment rate of Extended Warranties on electronic appliances. • Appoint and onboard new dealers; ensure effective coverage and conversion. • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers/distributors to execute sell-out strategies effectively. • Develop structured visit frequency for all dealers/distributors in his territory. • Communicate pricing, schemes, and promotions to dealers/distributors in a timely manner. • Ensure proper deployment and visibility of marketing collateral at dealers/distributors touchpoints. • Monitor effective execution of in-store branding and display standards. • Conduct monthly performance reviews with dealers/distributors and their In Store Promotors/Demonstrators(ISPs/ISDs) • Train and mentor in-shop promoters and salesmen with adequate Extended Warranty related knowledge. • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support for queries of dealers/distributors and their employees. Desired Candidate Profile • Graduate (preferred: Business/Commerce/Marketing). • 35 years of experience in consumer electronics / appliances industry, preferably in sales, retail activation, or channel management. • Strong understanding of dealer-distributor-retailer ecosystem. • Proficiency in MS Excel/PowerPoint for reporting and analysis. • Willingness to travel across assigned markets.

Key Responsibilities: End-to-end recruitment for blue-collar positions such as service Technician, carpenters, fabricators, doors, windows ,digital lock or interior installation warehouse staff, technicians, field executives, and other operational roles. Source candidates through multiple channels job portals, social media, local vendors, references. Conduct telephonic screening, face-to-face interviews, and shortlisting as per manpower requirements. Coordinate with line managers and HR Head for interview scheduling and selection process. Ensure timely joining and completion of pre-joining formalities (documents, ID verification, onboarding forms, etc.). Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and database regularly. Build and maintain a reliable pipeline of candidates to meet ongoing manpower needs. Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements during hiring. Support in induction, joining formalities, and initial orientation of new hires. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred). 14 years of experience in blue-collar or mass hiring. Strong networking and sourcing skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets. Knowledge of local language(s) and geography will be an added advantage.
