Key Responsibilities:

• Manage

  end-to-end recruitment

  for leadership and senior-level roles across various domains.
• Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand position requirements, company culture, and hiring objectives.
  
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job portals, headhunting, referrals, networking, etc.) to attract high-quality candidates.
  
• Conduct initial screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate fitment.
  
• Build and maintain a

  strong pipeline of leadership talent

  for current and future requirements.
• Partner with hiring managers to provide guidance on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment strategies.
  
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  
• Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and hiring metrics.
  
• Support HR operations and other talent acquisition initiatives as needed.
  

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Minimum

  3 years of experience

  in

  leadership or senior-level hiring

  (preferably in a consultancy or recruitment firm).
• Strong understanding of

  end-to-end recruitment processes

  and talent mapping.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Proficiency in using job portals, professional networks, and applicant tracking systems.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple mandates simultaneously.
  
• Strong business acumen and client relationship management skills.
