Job Description

About the Role:

HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Handle
end-to-end recruitment
: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Write and post job descriptions on relevant job portals and social media.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate expectations.
Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a great candidate experience.
Assist with
employee onboarding
, documentation, and HR record management.
Support in attendance, leave tracking, and employee engagement activities.
Maintain HR databases and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations.
Strong sourcing skills through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other portals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office and HR tools.
Immediate joiners preferred.
