Job Description

Job Title:

Qualification & Experience:

Recruitment & Onboarding
Timely sourcing, screening, and selection of manpower for corporate and project sites.
Smooth execution of joining formalities and induction programs.
HR Operations & Documentation
Accurate maintenance of employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Payroll & Statutory Compliance
Assist in payroll preparation and ensure accuracy of attendance and leave data.
Adherence to statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, etc.).
Employee Engagement & Relations
Conduct employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
Support positive employee relations at project sites and head office.
Performance Management & Training
Coordinate performance appraisal process and KRA tracking.
Support training and development initiatives as per business needs.
Manpower Planning & Coordination
Assist in manpower allocation for MEP projects.
Coordinate with project managers/site HR teams for workforce requirements.
