Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Handle

    end-to-end recruitment

    including sourcing, screening, interview coordination & offer rollouts
  • Hiring for

    blue-collar, staff-level & white-collar

    positions as per manpower requirement
  • Manage

    employee onboarding

    process & joining documentation
  • Maintain employee database and HR records in an organized manner
  • Responsible for

    PF, ESIC enrollment

    and supporting statutory compliance documentation
  • Organize and execute

    employee engagement

    activities & internal communication
  • Assist in

    training coordination

    , attendance & participation tracking
  • Support lifecycle processes including confirmations, HR letters & exit formalities
  • Basic understanding of

    labour laws & HR compliance

  • Ensure smooth communication between employees & HR department

Required Skills

  • Recruitment sourcing tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Referrals, Walk-ins, etc.)
  • Documentation & compliance management
  • Good command over MS Excel / HRMS
  • Strong communication & people handling skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under timelines
