About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven HR Data Analyst with 4–6 years of experience in HR analytics or a data analyst role focused on workforce data. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of HR systems and tools, excellent analytical capabilities, and the ability to derive actionable insights that support strategic HR decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex HR data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, and other visualization tools.
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to define key metrics and reporting requirements.
• Use Fusion HCM to extract and report on various aspects of HR data.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across all HR reporting.
• Translate data into concise, clear reports and presentations for senior leadership.
• Continuously explore opportunities to enhance data collection, reporting, and analysis processes.

Key Skills & Tools:

• Excel:

  Advanced functions, VBA, macros.

• Fusion HCM:

  Experience in HR reporting and analytics.

• Power BI:

  Proficient in developing dashboards and reports.

• SQL:

  Basic ability to query and manipulate HR data.

• HR Metrics:

  Solid understanding of workforce analytics and HR best practices.
