HR Learning and Development Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR professional to support our Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives within an engineering organization. This individual will work closely with internal stakeholders to streamline learning methodologies, support L&D processes, and ensure seamless execution of training and development programs. Key Responsibilities Support the planning and execution of L&D programs across the engineering division Coordinate with internal teams, trainers, and external partners for smooth delivery of training sessions Monitor and report on training effectiveness and participation metrics Maintain L&D records, feedback, and evaluation reports Assist in curating learning content and communication for employees Analyze basic data related to learning impact, attendance, and performance using MS Excel or other tools Support the design and implementation of engagement surveys or learning assessments Present training progress and insights to HR leadership as needed Key Requirements 4-6 years of experience in HR, preferably in L&D or training coordination MBA in Human Resources or related field (Engineering background is a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills — must be outgoing, collaborative, and proactive Comfort working with engineering or tech teams Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Ability to handle data, create reports, and derive basic insights (no advanced analytics required) Self-starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines Experience with TNI and TNA Nice to Have Experience in a similar contractual/off-roll engagement Exposure to e-learning platforms or LMS (Learning Management Systems) Experience presenting reports to stakeholders Show more Show less
