Job Overview:

The HR – Learning and Development Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing training and development initiatives that enhance employee skills, support career progression, and align with the strategic goals of Planck Epoch Institute of Professional Studies. The role plays a critical part in fostering a continuous learning culture and ensuring staff are equipped to deliver high-quality education and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify training and development needs across departments through job analysis, performance appraisals, and regular consultation with managers.
  • Design, develop, and deliver effective training programs (technical, soft skills, leadership, onboarding, etc.).
  • Coordinate internal and external training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Track and maintain training records, feedback, attendance, and certifications.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements.
  • Support career development plans and assist in implementing performance improvement strategies.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align learning goals with institutional objectives.
  • Monitor and manage training budgets, vendor relations, and learning resources.
  • Lead the onboarding and induction process for new employees to ensure smooth assimilation into the organization.
  • Promote a culture of continuous professional development and learning.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Learning & Development or HR roles.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to assess training needs and translate them into impactful programs.
  • Proficient in MS Office and learning management systems (LMS).
  • Organized, proactive, and results-oriented.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in Training & Development, Instructional Design, or HRM is a plus.
  • Experience in the education or training industry.
  • Familiarity with modern learning tools and e-learning platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
