Job Description

As an experienced HR professional, you will be responsible for various HR operations including statutory compliance and grievance handling. Your role will require a strong understanding of labour laws, POSH regulations, and other statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Drive Employee Engagement initiatives to cultivate a positive work culture. - Handle employee grievances with confidentiality, fairness, and ensure timely resolution. - Oversee POSH compliance and conduct awareness programs. - Ensure adherence to all statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, Shops & Establishments Act, Gratuity, and other Labour Laws. - Develop and implement HR policies that are in line with the organization's goals. - Serve as a trusted point of contact between employees and management. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources. - Minimum 3-6 years of experience in HR operations, statutory compliance, and grievance handling. - Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HRMS is an added advantage. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills. - Fluency in Kannada is mandatory for this role.
