About Us: PapTerra Packaging is an eco-friendly paper packaging manufacturer backed by Kasturi International Pvt. Ltd., a 35-year leader in the paper trade. Role Overview: We’re seeking a proactive HR & Compliance Officer to manage end-to-end HR operations and ensure all company compliances — including certifications, audits, and regulatory standards — are implemented and maintained effectively. Key Responsibilities: Manage recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and payroll coordination Maintain HR records, policies, and statutory compliance Prepare and organize documentation for audits, certifications, and authority inspections Coordinate with consultants, auditors, and government bodies for renewals and reports Support policy implementation related to HR, MSME, safety, and regulatory norms Promote a compliant, well-documented, and process-driven work culture Requirements: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Management, or related field 3–6 years of experience in HR and compliance within a manufacturing setup Prior work experience in a packaging company will be highly appreciated Strong documentation, coordination, and communication skills Knowledge of regulatory norms and certification frameworks preferred Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹17,500.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
