We are seeking an experienced Legal Manager with strong expertise in Labour Laws, Factory Operations, GST Regulations, and Contract Law . The role requires proactively managing legal compliance , coordinating with operations & external advisors , and ensuring that all factory processes adhere to statutory and regulatory frameworks. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update a compliance checklist covering Labour Codes, Factory Operations, GST filings, and SHE regulations . Liaise with the Factory Operations Management Team to ensure compliance with state and central statutes. Anticipate and address the legal implications of operational changes and new processes.
