HR & Compliance Executive

As a Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with various Statutory Compliance, Acts, and Labour Laws such as Factories Act, S&E Act, LWF, ESIC, PF, Minimum Wages, Maternity Benefit Act, and more. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring timely calculation, preparation, and filing of statutory returns related to PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, TDS, and other labor laws. - Maintaining up-to-date compliance calendars for all clients to ensure no deadlines are missed. - Preparing challans, returns, registers, and ensuring proper documentation as per the law. - Handling inspections, audits, and queries from statutory authorities. - Assisting in drafting and updating compliance MIS reports for both management and clients. - Maintaining accurate compliance records and providing support during internal/external audits. - Ensuring proper communication and resolution of compliance queries raised by clients.
