The ideal candidate should possess knowledge about various Statutory Compliance, Acts, and Labour Laws including but not limited to the Factories Act, S&E Act, LWF, ESIC, PF, Minimum Wages, Maternity Benefit Act, etc. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Operating ESI & PF Portal online. - Processing and preparing statutory forms and registers. - Submission of ESI and PF forms Declarations/returns. - Preparation of Challan for all statutory compliance. - Coordinating and facilitating statutory audits related to labour laws. This is a Full-time position.
