This is a high-impact, on-ground HR role for professionals who enjoy working closely with frontline teams and driving employee engagement in a fast-paced environment.🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for the blue-collar workforce across stores and DCs.Manage complete HR operations, including employee life-cycle management, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.Conduct regular store and DC visits to strengthen employee engagement and ensure smooth HR operations.Address and resolve employee grievances, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.Support performance management, KPI tracking, and identification of training & development needs.Conduct HR audits and compliance checks across multiple locations.Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports and dashboards for leadership review.👤 Candidate ProfileMinimum 3 years of experience in HR Generalist / HRBP roles.Prior exposure to retail, FMCG, logistics, or multi-location HR operations is highly preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with hands-on experience in field HR activities.Good understanding of labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.Willingness to travel within Vadodara for store-level HR support.Proficient in MS Excel and HRMS platforms.
