Location: Hybrid (Remote with Monthly Office Visits)
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and people-focused Human Resource Generalist to partner with our leadership team in shaping a positive and high-performing workplace. This role is ideal for HR professionals with 2–4 years of experience who are ready to take ownership, implement impactful initiatives, and thrive in a flexible hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand team requirements and support workforce planning.
• Drive initiatives related to performance management, employee learning, and career development.
• Promote employee engagement through recognition programs and culture-building activities.
• Develop, implement, and improve HR policies, SOPs, and best practices.
• Track, analyze, and present key HR metrics (attrition, performance, engagement) to leadership.
• Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.

Requirements

• MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HRBP role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to coach and guide teams.
• Hands-on experience in policy development, process improvements, and HR analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, HRMS tools, and HR reporting.
