Job Summary

As an

HR Business Partner (HRBP)

at BigMint, you will be responsible for managing performance management, compensation and benefits, incentive frameworks, HR policies, and talent management initiatives. This role requires strong business acumen, problem-solving orientation, with hands-on execution to strengthen organizational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Performance Management System (PMS), ensuring objective goal-setting, reviews, and outcomes that drive accountability and capability building.
  • Manage Compensation & Benefits (C&B) processes, including salary benchmarking, pay structures, and benefits administration.
  • Manage the incentive and rewards frameworks that align with business performance and motivate employees.
  • Update, and communicate HR policies and guidelines, ensuring compliance with labor laws and alignment with organizational values.
  • Partner with L&D and business leaders to design interventions for capability building and career progression.
  • Leverage HR analytics and dashboards to provide insights on workforce trends and guide business decisions.
  • Champion employee engagement and culture-building initiatives, reinforcing BigMint’s values across the organization.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and SPOC for employees, ensuring resolution of people issues.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance, labor regulations, and HR best practices across the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications And Eligibility Criteria

  • 5–8 years of progressive experience in HRBP, HR Generalist, or Talent Management roles.
  • Strong expertise in performance management, compensation & benefits, and policy frameworks.
  • Exposure to talent management practices, including succession planning and career development.
  • Excellent problem-solving, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in using HR metrics and data to drive decisions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
