The Role The Account Manager supports the overall objective of the Company to manage our customer relationships, help the Company grow in both market share and revenue and achieve the overall financial objectives set by the Senior Management team. What you will do: Grow the territory in revenue and market share and achieve territory Sales targets. Develop a Sales plan that effectively and efficiently cover all accounts within the assigned territory. Manage existing customer accounts and enhance customer satisfaction. The Demand Planning Analyst role is to prepare all the data needed for the forecasting activities for the full product range, including Printers, Consumables, Spares and accessories. The scope is world-wide. The role reports to the Markem Imaje Global Planning(S&OP) Leader. Main Activities / Responsibilities Prepare and maintain all Excel historical files to be loaded into the forecasting software Forecast Pro. Make sure the data is accurate and cleansed in cases of special events. Prepare and maintain all Excel external inputs files to be loaded into Forecast Pro, such as Financial forecasts, Sales forecast, or any other data to be used for the forecasting process Run the statistical forecasts in Forecast Pro making sure the adequate models are selected Maintain forecast-related master data in SAP, such as product groups (planning bills), printers options ratios, etc. (non-exhaustive) Be the owner of any reports and databases that are required as part of the forecasting process, including forecast reporting and KPIs Support both the Manager and Demand Planner(s) for data and reports-related tasks Desired Experience & Skills Very strong Excel skills (Lookups, Match, Index, Offset, Pivot Tables). Power Query a strong plus Strong and fast data processing and manipulations skills Sound knowledge in Statistics and Forecasting methodologies and modelling SAP knowledge a strong plus Analytical mind and attention to details Excellent communication skills in English Education Bachelor Degree in Economics, Engineering or related field. 2 + Years Experience in a Supply Chain or Demand Planning Role.
