HR Business Partner

As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for supporting the functions in Kitchen & Bath - Commercial business. Your main role involves executing end-to-end delivery of services, solutions, and interventions for all HR processes related to these functions. Your major responsibilities will include designing and delivering necessary interventions for associates, starting from concept development to closure. You will assess the pulse of the organization and identify appropriate solutions for effective resolution. Additionally, you will collaborate with leaders and managers to design and implement interventions that contribute to the development of associates. In this role, you will enable people managers to enhance their engagement with team members through various methods, including one-to-one connects. You will also work closely with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) on rewards, talent management, and capability development initiatives. Your tasks will involve communicating these initiatives effectively, creating impact, and tracking their effectiveness. Furthermore, you will proactively assist people managers with HR processes, particularly in the area of Performance Management for their respective teams. Building strong connections with associates by being highly accessible and visible to them will be crucial in this role. It will be your responsibility to maintain awareness of employee satisfaction levels, improve morale, enhance communication with stakeholders, and ensure engagement through leaders and support functions.
