We collaborate with clients across industries and geographies to deliver impactful digital experiences. As we continue to scale, we're looking for an HR Executive who can be the backbone of our people operations—managing hiring, payroll, and everything in between. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Drive end-to-end hiring for multiple roles including: SEO Managers Social Media Executives Business Development Managers HR Executives Motion Graphic Designers Performance Marketers ORM Interns and other digital marketing profiles Coordinate job postings, application screening, interviews, and closures Work closely with team leads to understand hiring needs and timelines Payroll & Leave Management: Maintain accurate leave records and process approvals Prepare and verify monthly payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, salary changes, etc.) Coordinate with the accounts team for salary disbursement HR Operations: Handle employee onboarding and documentation Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy Address employee queries on policies, processes, and benefits Engagement & Culture: Support team engagement activities, events, and internal communications Conduct feedback sessions and contribute to building a positive work culture What We're Looking For: 1 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment Strong internship Experience will also do Prior experience hiring for digital marketing roles is a strong plus Strong communication and coordination skills Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel.
