Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle: manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
  • Drive employee engagement, training, and performance management initiatives.
  • Act as the point of contact for employee relations and grievance handling.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency.
  • Manage office supplies, purchase of stationery, and procurement of other office items.
  • Coordinate and manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and office-related purchases.
  • Supervise office maintenance, housekeeping, and facility management.
  • Process payroll, including salary calculations, deductions, and statutory compliances
  • Prepare administrative and HR reports to support management in decision-making.
  • Support management in budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation for HR and administration.

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4–7 years of proven experience in HR and office administration,
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office ,HRMS software, and recruitment portals.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
