Position Overview: The HR and Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR and administrative activities within the company. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in the ethanol manufacturing industry, capable of managing talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, administrative operations, labor laws and factory compliance. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 -15 years of experience in a similar role within the ethanol manufacturing industry. Key Responsibilities: Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Prepare and present regular reports on HR metrics and administrative activities to senior management. Manage HR budgets and forecast costs. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Administrative Management: Oversee administrative functions to ensure efficient and effective office operations. Manage office facilities, supplies, and equipment. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and other services. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Human Resources Management: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Manage employee onboarding, training, and development programs. Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions. Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations. Qualifications Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 10 -15 years of experience in HR and administration within the manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, Factory Compliance and labor laws. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
