Seeds Production Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Agronomist / Farm Manager to lead our innovative and sustainable farming operations. This role is crucial for managing end-to-end farm setup, crop planning, and execution aligned with modern agricultural standards and ethical practices. The ideal candidate will be proactive, tech-savvy, and committed to high-quality, efficient, and sustainable farm management.

Key Responsibilities

Farm Operations & Planning

• Develop and implement detailed crop production plans: sowing, irrigation, fertilization, and harvesting.
• Supervise setup and operations of polyhouses (if applicable).
• Monitor and manage pest/disease control measures.
• Analyze and maintain soil health; suggest corrective actions as needed.

Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain accurate daily and weekly farm operation reports.
• Register and update crop and resource data on platforms such as the SATHI Portal.
• Track input usage, crop performance metrics, and expense reporting.

Resource & Team Management

• Supervise farm laborers; assign tasks and monitor productivity.
• Coordinate procurement and inventory of seeds, fertilizers, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with applicable agricultural laws, standards, and safety protocols.

Innovation & Sustainability

• Implement precision agriculture tools and data-driven decision-making.
• Drive adoption of sustainable and ethical farming practices.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in agritech and integrate them into farm operations.

Mobility Requirement

• Candidates must be willing to travel frequently between Chattarpur, Bhopal, and other project sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
