Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Agronomist / Farm Manager to lead our innovative and sustainable farming operations. This role is crucial for managing end-to-end farm setup, crop planning, and execution aligned with modern agricultural standards and ethical practices. Key Responsibilities Farm Operations & Planning Develop and implement detailed crop production plans: sowing, irrigation, fertilization, and harvesting. Supervise setup and operations of polyhouses (if applicable). Monitor and manage pest/disease control measures. Analyze and maintain soil health; suggest corrective actions as needed. Data Management & Reporting Maintain accurate daily and weekly farm operation reports. Register and update crop and resource data on platforms such as the SATHI Portal. Track input usage, crop performance metrics, and expense reporting. Resource & Team Management Supervise farm laborers; assign tasks and monitor productivity. Coordinate procurement and inventory of seeds, fertilizers, and equipment. Ensure compliance with applicable agricultural laws, standards, and safety protocols. Innovation & Sustainability Implement precision agriculture tools and data-driven decision-making. Drive adoption of sustainable and ethical farming practices. Stay updated on emerging trends in agritech and integrate them into farm operations. Mobility Requirement Candidates must be willing to travel frequently between Chattarpur, Bhopal, and other project sites. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle: manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management. Drive employee engagement, training, and performance management initiatives. Act as the point of contact for employee relations and grievance handling. Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency. Manage office supplies, purchase of stationery, and procurement of other office items. Coordinate and manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and office-related purchases. Supervise office maintenance, housekeeping, and facility management. Process payroll, including salary calculations, deductions, and statutory compliances Prepare administrative and HR reports to support management in decision-making. Support management in budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation for HR and administration. Qualifications & Skills Required Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 4–7 years of proven experience in HR and office administration, Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office ,HRMS software, and recruitment portals. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
