You will be responsible for building contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities. Additionally, you will be attending all new enquiries on various social media platforms and keeping the prospective client database updated. Cold calling for new business leads will also be a part of your role. Having technical knowledge of the products is essential, especially in the areas of Fermentation system/Bioprocess, upstream/downstream processes, and a solid understanding of bioprocessing/thermodynamics concepts. You will be required to have a deep understanding of our products and effectively explain them to clients. Guiding clients on the best usage of our products, addressing their queries, and maintaining knowledge of all company offerings will be crucial. Your duties will include arranging meetings for senior management with potential clients, supporting in writing new business proposals tailored to client requirements, and following company guidelines for customer acquisition and tender submissions. You will also be responsible for sending follow-up emails/greetings to clients, coordinating with clients for queries during manufacturing, and establishing new dealers across India for our products. Ideal candidates for this role should be smart, presentable, and possess a pleasing personality. Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in emails are necessary. A degree in B.Tech/BBA/BSC/BCA or any equivalent qualification is required. Strong customer service, excellent written and verbal communication, good negotiation, interpersonal, and listening skills are essential. Being detail-oriented is a must for this position.
