Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance appraisal, and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, labour laws, and hospital regulations.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including facility management, vendor coordination, and staff supervision.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s goals.
  • Maintain discipline, attendance records, and employee welfare programs.
  • Support management in audits, policy documentation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Foster a positive and productive work culture within the hospital environment.

Qualification & Skills:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate (MBA in HR preferred)
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in hospital or healthcare HR & Administration
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
