Senior Embryologist at RISAA IVF

· Key Responsibilities:

· Perform all laboratory procedures including semen analysis, IUI, IVF, ICSI, embryo culture, vitrification, thawing, and embryo transfer preparation.

· Maintain high standards of aseptic and laboratory conditions.

· Ensure proper documentation and reporting as per ART guidelines.

· Collaborate with the clinical team for optimal patient outcomes.

· Handle quality control, lab equipment maintenance, and inventory.

· Adhere to ethical and confidentiality standards in all procedures.

Candidate Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Clinical Embryology, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in an IVF laboratory.
• Proven track record of hands-on embryology practice.
• Familiarity with ART regulations and documentation standards.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
