Position Overview
Cushman and Wakefield, a global leader in real estate services, is inviting applications for the role of Senior Analyst at our India Office in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will bring 2-3 years of experience in analytics. This role is ideal for someone passionate about turning data into actionable insights and driving strategic decision-making through analytics and visualization. The analyst will support HR initiatives by leveraging tools like
MS Excel
,
Power BI
, and
Workday
, and will play a key role in enhancing employee experience through data-driven storytelling and reporting.
Principal Responsibilities
The role has responsibility for:
- Data Analytics & Reporting: Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic decisions. Build dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, and other analytics tools.
- Presentation Development: Create presentations and visualizations for various stakeholders including senior leadership, HR teams, and cross-functional partners. Translate complex data into clear, visual narratives to support decision-making
- HR Metrics & KPIs: Track and report on key HR metrics such as Talent Acquisition, Attrition, DEI etc. Provide actionable recommendations based on data. Ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting.
- Process Optimization: Use data to identify opportunities for improving HR processes and employee experience. Collaborate with HR and other departments to implement solutions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR leaders, business units, and global teams to ensure alignment and consistency in data reporting and insights.
- Technology Enablement: Leverage platforms like Workday, Help Hub, and internal intranet systems to extract and manage data efficiently.
Preferred Qualification And Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in Analyst or a similar role, preferably within HR or related functions.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI and other analytics tools. (e.g., Microsoft Office, intranet systems, Workday etc.).
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
- Experience in data analysis and leadership presentations
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
