Resolve issues related to administrative, facilities services, and janitorial requests promptly and thoroughly. Provide follow-up to verify work performed satisfactorily. Liaise with Facilities management regularly, seeking guidance and highlighting critical issues in a timely manner. Manage reception services, including guest/meeting management, event planning, and coordination. Effectively communicate and respond to internal requests and questions in a helpful/timely manner, ensuring appropriate expectations are established. Understand current and anticipated customer needs, demonstrating professionalism, courtesy, and sensitivity in all interactions. Liaise and negotiate with vendors and external stakeholders on office procurement, leasing, office renovation or relocation, and other facilities contracts. Manage the coordination of all internal moves, adds, and changes,; including coordination with users, technology, and termination processes. Analyze resource management and space utilization issues and prepare associated reports/metrics to offer recommendations. Perform daily inspections and walkthroughs to ensure a clean and operational workspace. Participate in financial planning related to facilities management (preparing and managing budgets). Whats Required Bachelors degree in business management or other relevant discipline. Workplace Health & Safety certifications and experience. 8+ years of professional experience in business administration management-related roles Experience managing teams.
