The Facilities team at Point72 delivers a high level of corporate services to our offices around the globe, including real estate, property management, construction project management, day-to-day operations, maintenance, and security What youll do You will provide assistance and support in the delivery of day-to-day facilities services and administrative functions for Point72s India office located in Bangalore You will manage consultant teams and report directly to the General Manager, APAC Facilities Specifically, you will: Manage and direct consultant teams including reception, mailroom, and external suppliers/contractors to ensure smooth business operations Resolve issues related to administrative, facilities services, and janitorial requests promptly and thoroughly Provide follow-up to verify work performed satisfactorily Liaise with Facilities management regularly, seeking guidance and highlighting critical issues in a timely manner Manage reception services, including guest/meeting management, event planning, and coordination Effectively communicate and respond to internal requests and questions in a helpful/timely manner, ensuring appropriate expectations are established Understand current and anticipated customer needs, demonstrating professionalism, courtesy, and sensitivity in all interactions Liaise and negotiate with vendors and external stakeholders on office procurement, leasing, office renovation or relocation, and other facilities contracts Manage the coordination of all internal moves, adds, and changes,; including coordination with users, technology, and termination processes Analyze resource management and space utilization issues and prepare associated reports/metrics to offer recommendations Perform daily inspections and walkthroughs to ensure a clean and operational workspace Participate in financial planning related to facilities management (preparing and managing budgets) Whats Required Bachelors degree in business management or other relevant discipline Workplace Health & Safety certifications and experience 8+ years of professional experience in business administration management-related roles Experience managing teams Detail-oriented, excellent multi-tasking skills Commitment to the highest ethical standards About Point72 Point72 is a leading global alternative investment firm led by Steven A Cohen Building on more than 30 years of investing experience, Point72 seeks to deliver superior returns for its investors through fundamental and systematic investing strategies across asset classes and geographies We aim to attract and retain the industrys brightest talent by cultivating an investor-led culture and committing to our peoples long-term growth
