As Point72 continues to reimagine the future of investing, our Technology group is constantly improving our companys IT infrastructure, positioning us at the forefront of a rapidly evolving technology landscape Were a team of experts experimenting and discovering new ways to provide exceptional end user experience while embracing enterprise agile methodology We encourage professional development to ensure you bring innovative ideas to our team while satisfying your own intellectual curiosity Our Technology Infrastructure team engineers and operates the foundational technology platforms that power all of the firms applications and businesses Our disciplines span a broad array of technologies from datacentre infrastructure to large scale cloud services, with the shared goal of providing the most reliable, performant, modern technology platforms to improve time-to-market for our business We also deliver end-user technology solutions to support the evolving collaboration and productivity needs of our global teams Our team focuses on innovation and challenging the current state of our infrastructure technology in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative working environment What youll do Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of our robust SDLC platform, encompassing CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and infrastructure as code Lead the implementation and optimization of CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and support our legacy Jenkins pipelines during migration Implement and maintain secure build chains with software supply chain security controls, including dependency scanning, SBOM generation, and artifact signing Partner with security teams to implement DevSecOps practices, including automated vulnerability scanning and compliance checks Apply DevOps best practices in areas such as automated testing, configuration management, and release management Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software solutions Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the SDLC platform Build comprehensive documentation, tutorials, and internal training materials for developer tools Whats Required 5+ years of experience in software development and operations, with at least 3 years focused on cloud-native DevOps practices Deep understanding of SDLC principles, methodologies, and best practices Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar Proficiency with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes Experience with vulnerability scanning, SAST/DAST tools, and dependency management Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell) Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making Commitment to the highest ethical standards About Point72 Point72 is a leading global alternative investment firm led by Steven A Cohen Building on more than 30 years of investing experience, Point72 seeks to deliver superior returns for its investors through fundamental and systematic investing strategies across asset classes and geographies We aim to attract and retain the industrys brightest talent by cultivating an investor-led culture and committing to our peoples long-term growth For more information, visit Point72
