DevSecOps Engineer

Zelyo AI ensures proactive security and stability by identifying and mitigating vulnerabilities and performance regressions within CI/CD pipelines.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a DevSecOps Engineer. The DevSecOps Engineer will contribute to the development and implementation of secure and efficient software delivery pipelines. Key responsibilities include developing scalable backend systems, integrating security throughout the CI/CD process, building automation tools, and ensuring the stability and security of applications in complex IT environments. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall DevSecOps strategy and architecture.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science, with a focus on algorithms, data structures, and system design.
• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development, with experience building and maintaining robust applications.
• Solid understanding of Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and continuous delivery practices.
• Experience with Kubernetes and working in cloud-based environments.
• Knowledge of security best practices and tools for mitigating vulnerabilities in DevSecOps.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred.
