Role Overview:

HR & Admin Manager

This role is ideal for someone who can multitask, think strategically, and contribute to the company’s overall growth and performance.


Key Responsibilities:

Human Resource Management

  1. Manage end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, and onboarding employees.
  2. Develop and execute employee training and development programs.
  3. Create HR policies that align with company goals and legal compliance.
  4. Handle performance appraisals and maintain employee records.
  5. Build a positive work environment promoting motivation and collaboration.

Administrative & Operations Management

  1. Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  2. Manage vendor relations, office supplies, and administrative expenses.
  3. Maintain attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
  4. Handle company billing, petty cash, and expense tracking efficiently.
  5. Ensure company compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.

Employee Engagement & Retention

  1. Plan and execute employee engagement activities and team-building sessions.
  2. Build retention programs to reduce employee turnover.
  3. Encourage open communication and feedback channels.
  4. Organize monthly recognition and motivation programs for employees.

Strategic & Growth Responsibilities

  1. Support management in creating growth strategies for team and business expansion.
  2. Analyze workforce productivity and suggest process improvements.
  3. Collaborate with management to design incentive structures and reward systems.
  4. Lead HR audits and performance reviews periodically.
  5. Align HR functions with overall business objectives and culture.
  6. Be the point of contact for all HR, admin, and compliance-related queries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR/Admin or similar role.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong knowledge of HR software, payroll management, and MS Office.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
