Encourage open communication and feedback channels. Organize monthly recognition and motivation programs for employees. Strategic & Growth Responsibilities Support management in creating growth strategies for team and business expansion. Analyze workforce productivity and suggest process improvements. Collaborate with management to design incentive structures and reward systems. Lead HR audits and performance reviews periodically. Align HR functions with overall business objectives and culture. Be the point of contact for all HR, admin, and compliance-related queries. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in HR/Admin or similar role. Excellent communication, leadership, and multitasking skills. Strong knowledge of HR software, payroll management, and MS Office. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
