Job Summary

The HR Administrator supports the Human Resources department by managing daily administrative tasks, maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. This role is essential for maintaining a smooth and efficient HR operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Assist in recruitment activities: posting jobs, scheduling interviews, coordinating onboarding
  • Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, and reports
  • Support payroll processing and leave management
  • Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
  • Organize training sessions and track employee development
  • Manage HR-related documentation and filing systems
  • Coordinate employee engagement and wellness initiatives

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HR software (e.g., SAP, Workday, BambooHR)
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and benefits administration
