Role Overview

As the HR & Admin Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping a positive, efficient workplace. You will manage end-to-end HR processes and oversee administrative operations to ensure smooth factory functioning and high team morale.

Responsibilities HR Functions

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, orientation, training, appraisals, and exit processes
• Develop and enforce HR policies and SOPs, ensuring compliance with Indian labor laws
• Manage employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
• Drive performance management, retention strategies, and employee engagement initiatives
• Maintain accurate HR records, MIS reports, and key HR metrics

Administrative & Factory Support

• Oversee attendance, leave management, and ERP/HRIS data entry
• Supervise facility operations including housekeeping, canteen, dormitories, vehicles, and asset tracking
• Ensure health, safety, and security compliance; organize drills and liaise with local authorities
• Manage vendor relationships, audits, and regulatory compliance
• Handle administrative duties such as travel arrangements, official correspondence, notices, and event coordination

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• At least 5 years of HR + Admin experience in manufacturing/factory settings
• Proficiency in Indian labor law, ERP/HRIS systems, and MS Office tools
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude, proactive approach, and ability to work well under pressure
• High integrity, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
